1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how LeadCubs collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our Service. By using LeadCubs, you consent to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide:
- Account data: Name and email address, provided via Google Sign-In or email verification. We do not collect or store passwords.
- Billing data: Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or banking details.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data: Feature usage metadata (actions, timestamps, resource counts) for dashboard display and service improvement.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and session cookies necessary for authentication.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Operate and maintain the Service (authentication, real-time features, core functionality)
- Process billing and manage subscriptions via Stripe
- Display usage data and activity feeds in your dashboard
- Send transactional emails (verification codes, billing receipts)
- Monitor service health and debug issues
- Enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse
We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third-party services only as necessary to operate the Service:
- Google: Authentication via Google Sign-In. Google receives your OAuth consent; we receive your name, email, and Google ID.
- Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
- Email provider: Transactional emails (verification codes, billing receipts) are sent via our configured email service.
Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in PostgreSQL databases on infrastructure we control. We use TLS encryption for all data in transit (HTTPS/WSS) and session-based authentication via Laravel Sanctum.
While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your authentication credentials secure.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication (Laravel session cookie, XSRF token) and language preference (locale). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted 30 days after account termination.
- Usage data: Retained for the duration of your subscription for dashboard display and billing.
- Email verification codes: Expire after 10 minutes and are deleted on use.
8. Your Rights
You may, at any time:
- Access your personal data via your dashboard or by contacting us
- Correct inaccurate data by updating your connected accounts
- Delete your account and associated data by contacting us at alexandre@alloinfo.com
- Export your data by requesting it via email
- Revoke connected accounts at any time from your dashboard
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
9. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.
10. Children
The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
